In 2006, Kurt joined Resort Outfitters as the manager of Hershey Outfitters on the grounds of The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA. When outfitting services to The Hotel Hershey discontinued in 2014, Kurt traveled west to The Broadmoor from which he oversees the operation of all Resort Outfitter pursuits west of the Mississippi.
Kurt holds a degree in business management from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining Resort Outfitters, he worked for the Fish and Wildlife Service in Alaska. Additionally, Kurt holds a Bonsai Certification, Level II High Angle Rescue for high ropes courses, as well as a Builder Certification. When not focused on western expansion, he can be found climbing, mountain biking, hunting or shooting sporting clays. Kurt is also an Eagle Scout.
