For Hampton, daughter of Duane and Darlene, the outfitting business has been a lifelong venture. Born only two months after her parents moved to West Virginia, Hampton and the business grew up together. Upon her graduation from Brigham Young University with a BS in electrical engineering – to which she credits her knack for critical thinking and problem solving – she joined the team working out of the Broadmoor location. Here she manages the day-to-day operations of the Broadmoor Outfitters, the Broadmoor Nannies babysitting service, and the Bee Bunch Children’s Day Camp. In this capacity, Hampton manages a staff of 40 zipline guides and 15 kid’s program counselors and handles large-group event logistics.

When not coordinating the many programs offered at the Broadmoor, you’ll find Hampton with her husband Ty and their son Cooper, skiing, hiking or mountain biking. She is also the Scout Master of her local Boy Scout Pack.
